It may sound silly but keeping track of your roof repairs and maintenance can help you in a few years when/if it comes time to replace your roof. Keep track of when you’ve cleaned your roof and gutters, along with any inspections, or repairs you’ve had.

We recommend you keep your receipts. This is not only handy come tax time, but you will have a better understanding of how much you have spent so far.
