Happy Tip Tuesday! Today, we want to encourage you to check your attic. No, not for old photos or vintage outfits, but check on your roof from the inside. Exterior leaks and damage are often easier to spot from the interior of the house like the attic space.
If you suspect you have a leak, head on up to your attic – flashlight in hand – and start looking for any water stains, black marks, or mold.
And trust your nose – if you smell mold or mildew, or notice signs of a leak, it’s time to give us a call.
